- What do my clients see?
- A clean, branded project page with your logo: milestones in order, upload zones where you need files from them, and download buttons where you deliver. They see only their own project, nothing else.
- Do my clients need an account?
- No. One secure link opens their portal. No password, no signup, no app to install.
- How big can files be?
- Up to 500 MB per file. Uploads are resumable, so a dropped connection continues where it left off instead of starting over.
- Can I stop sharing a portal?
- Yes. Pause any portal from your dashboard and its link stops working immediately; resume it later and the same link works again. Deleting a portal removes access and its files permanently.
- What happens when my free trial ends?
- Your existing portals stay live for your clients. Creating new portals requires a subscription at $29 per month. No credit card is needed to start the trial.
- Is my clients' footage secure?
- Each portal lives behind its own unguessable link that you can revoke at any time. Files are stored privately and every download is authorized per request, so there are no public file URLs.
